A blast from the past.. in 2004 I had casted this young (16), amazing british beauty for the Cover of L’officiel.. It is always nice to see someone once unknown that you could see all the potential in.. rise to that potential.. Rosie is now starring in Transformers.. along with all her modeling credits.. It was clear to me on that very long day and night on the beach in Mexico that Rosie had what it takes to act. She and the other girls spent an entire day and night on that raft being hit by waves and twisting and turning their bodies while maintaining magazine cover worthy expressions without complaint.. for my re-creation of Géricault’s “the raft of medusa” congratulations to Rosie.. a star is born… Rosie Huntington Whiteley

finally i got to upload the stop motion video i did for my little book, FLIP. straight out of the camera.. passed through final cut and onto my photodiary.. thank you to Paz, Elisa, Poppy and Anouck.. also Megan Ross for the clothes, Iker Orozco for editing all of it together, and Gravure for publishing the book.. Samuel- RIP (May 5 2000- June 26, 2011
It has been a long time since i have posted.. i have been nursing my samuel for some time and it has been my only main focus… Today marks the passing of my baby boy & best friend, Samuel.. After a long struggle, samuel went peacefully and happy with me holding him in my arms and telling him how much I love him while rubbing his favorite spot behind his ears.. For all the love I have and have had in my life.. Samuel’s was the purest unconditional love I have ever experienced.. I miss him deeply and feel so much loss… but, I know he is in a better place now and am sure he is at peace… hopefully he is chasing a ball in a field or or on a beach.. or just chewing a big tasty bone.. in heaven.. He was my angel on earth and now my guardian angel from above..
Samuel.. You touched so many lives with your sweet big endless love.. I will never forget your big brown eyes, your heart shaped butt and all the wonderful memories that we shared..
